🚚 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚀 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (extra charges may apply).

  • International Delivery: 7–14 business days (availability & rates shown at checkout).

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be applied (visible at checkout).

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly via the courier’s website.

📦 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • We carefully pack every order, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

📝 Important Notes

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select locations within India.
